What should I do if I purchased ESO Plus on Xbox One but haven't received the crowns that are supposed to be included?

An issue where Xbox ESO Plus crowns were not granted at the intended time has been resolved as of 8/27/2019. Players affected should see their Crown balances adjust in game. 

In general, if you have waited longer than 72 hours since purchasing ESO Plus on console, and have not received the crowns included with the membership, you may contact Customer Support.
