Why didn’t I get 30 free days of ESO Plus membership for buying the game?

New players no longer receive 30 days of complimentary game time when they first log in because a subscription is no longer required to play The Elder Scrolls Online. New players will receive 500 complimentary crowns to spend in the Crown Store as well as unlimited access to the original game and the first six major updates since launch, including the new Justice and Champion systems.
