Will I be able to have both computer and console players in my guild?

No. PC and Mac players play on the same Megaserver. All PlayStation 4 players have a separate Megaserver, and all Xbox One players have a separate Megaserver. Console and computer players cannot interact with each other, and PlayStation 4 players cannot interact with Xbox One players.
